On a cargo ferry flight from Memphis to Dallas the crew became incapacitated due to hypoxia. After a lengthly flight at altitude, power was lost due to fuel exhaustion and the airplane impacted the top of a large mesa near Cienegas, Mexico.
As the NTSB accredited representative, McFall assisted the Mexican government with their investigation.
